Yes, we can exchange items you mistakenly ordered. Please note that the shipping fee (both sending it back to our HQ and the dispatch of a new product) will be covered by the customer. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and request.

Our Paragon cases are made from thermoplastic polyurethane (a type of plastic that's malleable & long-lasting) but they do eventually turn yellow over time with a natural process of aging. This process depends on the kind of environment the case is exposed to (heat, chemicals, UV light).
No, we do not offer custom cases at the moment.
Clean your jewelry by rubbing it with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any excess dust and dirt.
Refrain from exposing your jewelry to extreme temperatures and harsh substances like perfumes, lotions, and alcohol. When not in use, store your pieces in a Paragon pouch.
Clean your case gently with soap and water. Make sure your case does not get in contact with strong liquids such as alcohol, nail polish remover, varnish, etc, as the design could possibly fade.
We offer same-day delivery (with a cut-off at 6am).

Provincial shipping takes 1-4 working days.
Shipping days are every Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday.

We aim to dispatch orders from our HQ within 1-3 working days. However, please allow extra time for your order to be process during public holidays.
Customs and postal service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping via DHL
Shipments to countries outside the Philippines may charge additional import taxes, duties, and related customs fees. Please note that Paragon will not be liable for the fees, and the cost is not included in the shipping fee paid to us. These charges & fees, if applicable, are determined by the Customs Agency in your country. For further details, please get in touch with your local Customs office directly.
