HOW DO I CHECKOUT WITH MY CREDIT CARD?

We use PayPal as our platform so you will have to select this option. You will be able to put your credit card details later on.

WHAT ARE YOUR MODE OF PAYMENTS?

We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit Card (Mastercard & VISA), and Bank Deposits (BDO, BPI, & PSBank).

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MATTE AND GLOSSY CASES FOR SNAP?

Glossy cases give off a shiny finish and is quite reflective compared to the matte finishing. The glossy finishing has a stronger and more bold color while the matte finishing is slightly dull. The matte however is extremely smooth and soft. As far as durability, there is no difference between both glossy and matte.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PARAGON CASE?

When placing your phone case in your bag, place it carefully (especially for glossy cases) and make sure there are no sharp object lurking around your bag for the case could get scratched or tattered. Do not get your case in contact with nail polisher remover or varnish, for the design could possibly fade.

WHAT ARE YOUR CASES MADE OF?

Our snap, shell, and the flat surface of the armored case are made of polycarbonate plastic while our silicone cases and the sides of our armored case are made of polyurethane plastic.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Producing a case may take 4-5 working days before we ship it out. This excludes shipping time. Checkout our Delivery and Shipping page for more information.

HOW DO I BECOME PART OF THE PARAGON ARTIST COMMUNITY?

You can email us at info@paragonpieces.com about yourself and some samples of your work (portfolio). 

DOES PARAGON HAVE ANY PHYSICAL STORES?

Paragon currently does not have any stockists or physical stores. Paragon products can only be bought exclusively from our website.
