PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Due to the recent community quarantine, our production team are operating on a very limited basis so orders may take longer than usual. This is in compliance with government authorities because we want to protect everybody from and curb the effects of COVID-19. Please bear with us during this time.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays. Customs and postal service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season (e.g., Christmas). Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Whilst we make every effort to meet the timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer. We apologize if this is the case, but we will do our best to get your parcel sent out as quickly as possible.
Some countries outside the Philippines may require import tax, duties, and related customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. Paragon Pieces is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Each case is hand checked by a member of Paragon Pieces to ensure you get the best! But sometimes the item(s), during shipment/processing, could get damaged or there would be an imperfection in them.
- If you discover a fault with the item(s), please take a photo of the defect and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving. Please note that if after 5 days have passed, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
- We will only accept exchanges and offer refunds if there is a defect in the quality of goods or if you have received the wrong item(s).
- If you wish for a refund, the purchased price will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item back.
If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, Paragon will not accept a return, exchange, or refund of the item. The prohibition only covers imperfect, defected, or damaged goods.
Paragon Pieces has the right to decline returning or refunding.
Please note that customers are responsible for the fees involved for returning items, unless stated otherwise.
Our wrap cases attach onto your phone easily and smoothly. They are lightweight, slim, and have a perfect fit. The case covers all sides of the phone protecting it from drops and scratches. Our designs are printed on polycarbonate plastic and finished off with a matte coating.
